The story
Yuri got into the roofing business six years ago through a friend of his father. That friend was a roofer and offered him a week to work with them. That week turned into a year-long apprenticeship with several roofing companies. Yuri worked with bitumen, lead, zinc, and tiles on residential homes, garages, outbuildings, and commercial properties. At each company, he picked up what worked well and saw what he would do differently himself.
When he started out on his own, he knew exactly what kind of roofer he wanted to be: someone who would come in person, stand on the roof themselves, and explain the quote. What stood out to him over the years is how often roof leaks occur because only the top is replaced. That’s why he builds a roof from the bottom up and addresses the cause, not just the symptom.

During the inspection, Yuri himself goes up to the roof, takes photos of what he sees and discusses the findings directly with you. After that, you receive a paper quote with all the details clearly stated. You know in advance what the costs are and you pay what is stated in the quote. If a repair is sufficient, we will recommend that as well.
During the execution we work according to the VCA safety standards, with respect for your home and surroundings. At the completion of the work, we work together with you, record what has been done and you receive a 10-year warranty on paper. After that, we remain available for questions.
